I became a Dietitian over 35 years ago thinking there must be a better way to live with food and our bodies. My life, both professionally and personally has been spent exploring this very question.
Initially my exploration was about how to relate to food differently, and our relationship to our bodies; however over time I have realised we can't separate these things from our whole life. We need to explore this in the context of our psychological and spiritual well-being.
