Please note: I am no longer working with anyone under 20 years old.

Does this sound like you?

I am basically living well and getting on with life, but I worry constantly about my body and my eating, and I am tired of this.

I have had an eating disorder and I am basically going well (considered 'recovered') but I feel like there is more to explore about this history and its impact on my life.

I am interested in exploring my life through understanding the impact that our culture's obsession with weight, health, and eating 'right' have had on me. I want to explore how to move beyond this to a more peaceful way to live.

I am a dietitian who works with eating disorders and I want to develop a deeper reflective practice.

I am an explorer and seeker of the 'more' in life. I am looking for someone to journey with me and help guide me on this exploration.

If any of these statements resonate with you, you are not alone. I work with people struggling with any or all of the above as a soul companion, dietetics supervisor, and food and body counsellor.

Maybe we don't need to fix ourselves at all but learn to access our best self, whenever we can, through understanding ourselves in this complex life.
